Shipping Information

Order Processing: All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before shipment.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)

We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Item must be in the same condition as when received

Important Note: Due to their deeply personal nature, the following custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

Return & Exchange Process

    • Your order number
    • Item(s) for return/exchange
    • Reason for request
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll email return authorization and shipping details within 1-2 business days
  3. Ship Your Return: Package item securely in original packaging and mail to:

  4. Processing: We inspect returns and process refunds/exchanges within 3-5 business days of receipt

Refund Information

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we’ve processed your return. Shipping times follow our standard delivery estimates.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.

Damaged or Defective Items
