Our Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Important Note: Due to the personal nature of our memorial jewelry, customized items including ashes jewelry, fingerprint jewelry, handwriting pieces, and photo jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. These pieces are created specifically for you with deeply personal elements.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our caring customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate your return or exchange.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
  3. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you with return authorization and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
  4. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely in its original packaging and mail it to our studio at:

  5. Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we’ve processed your return. Shipping times will follow our standard delivery estimates.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
