How do I provide ashes for memorial jewelry?
After placing your order, we’ll send detailed instructions on how to safely send us a small amount of ashes (typically less than a teaspoon). All ashes are handled with utmost care and respect in our studio.
Can I combine multiple memorial elements in one piece?

Do you offer jewelry for men?

What shipping options do you offer?
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch
How will my memorial jewelry be packaged?
All memorial pieces are shipped in elegant, unmarked boxes with protective materials. Ashes jewelry receives double-secure packaging, and glass elements have additional protective layers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide except to some Asian and remote regions. International orders may be subject to customs fees in your country.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. For standard shipping, track via DHL/FedEx websites. For free shipping, use the EMS tracking portal.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for store credit. Due to the personal nature of our jewelry, customized and memorial pieces (containing ashes, fingerprints, etc.) cannot be returned.
What if my item arrives damaged?
